Shipping and Delivery

Free delivery anywhere in Australia for orders of a dozen or more. We use both courier services and Australia Post, with delivery of orders usually arriving within seven days of placing your order.

A flat rate delivery charge for orders less than one dozen is $15. Minimum order for delivery is 3 bottles.

Please note that Coola Road only delivers within Australia unless prior arrangements have been made. Overseas deliveries, as well as refunds, returns or cancellation of transactions can be discussed with Louise Ellis. Please contact her via our contact us page.  

Under Australian law, wine is permitted to be purchased and received only by persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order with Coola Road, you are confirming to us that you are aged 18 or over.
