After what has seemed to be a long wait we finally have four varieties of white wines up for sale! Early this year the grapes that went into our wines were harvested. Selected parcels of fruit we picked from our vineyards over a four week period enabling our fabulous winemakers to capture a range of flavours that best express our unique region. Bottling occurred in late July and we are left with four, young, crisp wines which are being enjoyed by many.
